Getting around the time depends on the loan is approved and the weather. In normal circumstances, customers are able to move into their new home within 10 working days after the filing of their loan application. Real estate transactions take longer, depending on the processing of mortgage loans, land improvements and the work's title.
Do I have to select a home from your inventory of models or may I custom order a new home?
You can choose any display models as yours, or you can order custom-made. A-1 Homes, you decide!
